What shipping options are available for my order and how much do they cost?

Your order in our online store skin-gin.com will be shipped with our shipping partner DPD as standard shipping.

Germany (excluded Germany islands):
From 29 Euro order total we send you your order for free. Otherwise the shipping costs are 4,90 Euro. Within 2-3 business days your order will be with you.

Austria:
For your order to a postal address in Austria, the shipping costs are 8.90 euros.

Denmark, Netherlands, Belgium:
For your order to a postal address in Denmark, the Netherlands or Belgium the shipping costs are 9,90 Euro.

Where can I have my order delivered to?

Your order on skin-gin.com

can only be delivered to an address in Germany (excluding Germany islands) or within Austria, Denmark, the Netherlands and Belgium. Shipping to the listed countries outside Germany can only be done to private persons.

Our shipping partner DPD offers contactless delivery. You will receive a message from DPD to notify you of the parcel and you can also choose a desired delivery location in front of your door. In addition to this delivery, there are other options available to you. For example, you can change the delivery day if you cannot be at home on the expected day of delivery.
