Withdrawal Policy & Withdrawal Form<\/h2>\n
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract under the following conditions, where a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity:<\/div>\n

A. Withdrawal Policy<\/h2>\n

Right of Withdrawal<\/h3>\n
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.<\/div>\n

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.<\/div>\n

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Skin Gin GmbH, Rudolf-Diesel-Strasse 2b, 21614 Buxtehude, Germany, Tel .: 0049 (0) 4161 – 602311-0, email: info@skin-gin.com<\/a>) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.<\/div>\n

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.<\/div>\n

Consequences of Withdrawal<\/h3>\n
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any case, you will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.<\/div>\n

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.<\/div>\n

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for examining their nature, properties, and functionality.<\/div>\n
